It comes from God, through the heart, head, and hands of an inspired composer or musician. True music inspires us, relaxes us, and heals us. True music is the music of the spheres -- music from the higher realms of light. True music is divine music, sacred music, or spiritual music. It has divine love at its core, and generally, we love to listen to it. It is “joyous and uplifting”, especially such music as “Joy to the World”. It can bring joy, peace and love to the world and to ourselves. It can be a balm or salve that can heal the mind, body and soul.
Music can attune us to the Holy Spirit, the ascended masters, and the angelic realms of light, and can attract the ascended masters and angels into our world, especially when we play their musical keynotes.
In listening to music it is important that we have good discernment, the discernment of the Holy Spirit. It is important that we have the mind of God and the mind of Christ, and the knowledge of the science of rhythm; that is, how rhythm effects the flow of light in our chakras or energy centers.
Music can bring us to great heights of consciousness – to realms of light and love. It can produce beautiful thoughts, delightful and wonderful feelings or emotions. It can inspire us to fulfill our divine plan, to move or dance with the music and to move with the Holy Spirit.
In listening or dancing to true music, sacred music, we can emanate and radiate light and uplift ourselves and the world, and this, brings us closer to “heaven”.

Music, especially the Strauss waltzes, can help us to have the correct heart rhythm. Our hearts can beat in the three-four rhythm of the inner waltz. Waltzing is one of the most enjoyable types of dancing that we can learn to do, and is one of the best exercises that we can do. Waltz music is the music of the heart and the music of the violet flame in most cases.

André Rieu (born October 1, 1949) is a Dutch violinist, conductor, and composer best known for creating an international revival in waltz music with his "Johann Strauss Orchestra". He plays a 1667 Stradivarius violin.
André Rieu was born into a musical family on October 1, 1949 in Maastricht in the Netherlands. He began studying violin at the age of five. His father was a conductor. Music and the Ascended Masters

It can give us energy, or cause us to lose our energy, especially if we go to rock or rap concerts.
True music is peaceful and uplifting, whereas music that is not true, that comes from the “lower planes” and consciousness is “frantic” and degrading and causes an unnatural heartbeat and brain rhythm and a depletion of the light of the chakras, and may cause people to be “depleted or exhausted” after listening to it, and especially dancing to it. People may think it “feels good”, because of the movement of energy in the body and chakras, however it is a release and loss of the energies of the chakras, and a lowering of the mother energies, and often causes the person to do things that are NOT appropriate. Furthermore, it tends to put one into the “carnal mind” and not the Mind of God and the Mind of Christ. Rock music often has a “shake, rattle and roll” consciousness or vibration that is not good for the mind, body and soul.
Music can help us to have the correct heart and brain rhythm, especially the Strauss waltzes. Waltzing is one of the most enjoyable types of dancing that we can learn to do, and is one of the best exercises that we can do.

The crown chakra, when pure, is a yellow or golden light, the 2nd ray.
Some of the qualities of the yellow or gold ray are wisdom, illumination, and understanding.
The main instruments associated with the crown chakra are the strings -- the violin, the cello, the bass, etc.
The main music which energizes, enhances, or improves the light of the crown chakra are the symphonies, such as Beethoven’s nine symphonies.
The main music of the chakra is “Un Bel Di” (One Beautiful Day) by Puccini, preferably the Leontyne Price version.
The main music which generally diminishes or dissipates and discolors the light of this chakra is jazz.
The third eye chakra, when pure, is a green light, the 5th ray.
Some of the qualities of the green ray are truth, healing, science, and music.
The main rhythm or beat of the third eye chakra is the 2-4 time.
The main instrument associated with the third eye is the piano.
The main music which energizes, enhances, or improves the chakra are the piano concertos.
The main music of the chakra is “Piano Concerto No. 2 in C Minor”.
The main music which generally diminishes or dissipates and discolors the light of this chakra is some computer music.
The throat chakra, when pure, is a blue light, the first ray.
Some of the qualities of the blue ray are power, will, faith, and protection.
The main instruments of the throat chakra are the brass – the trumpet, French horn, tuba, etc.
The main music which energizes, enhances, and improves the light of the chakra are the marches.

The solar plexus chakra, when pure, is a purple, or purple and gold, which is the sixth ray.
Some of the qualities of the sixth ray are peace, service, and ministration.
The main rhythm or beat of the solar plexus chakra is a 5-4 time.
The main instrument of the solar plexus chakra is the organ.
The main music which energizes, enhances, or improves the light of the solar plexus chakra is the Bhajans (Eastern devotional music) and Western devotional or spiritual music, including most organ music, especially by E. Power Biggs.
The main music of the solar plexus chakra is “One Alone” by Mario Lanzo.
The main type of music which diminishes or dissipates and discolors the light of this chakra is the blues.
The seat of the soul chakra, when pure, is a violet color, which is the seventh ray.
Some of the qualities of the seventh ray are freedom, mercy, and transmutation.
The main rhythm or beat of the seat of the soul chakra is the 6-8 time.
The main instruments of the seat of the soul chakra is the woodwinds; that is, the flutes and reed instruments.
The main music which energizes, enhances or improves the light of the chakra is true ‘soul’ music as in “Greensleeves”.
The main music piece of this chakra is the “Blue Danube” by Johann Strauss. This music is also the musical keynote of the ascended master Saint Germain.
The main type of music which diminishes or dissipates and discolors the light of this chakra is so-called soul music that often has a rock beat, that is, a syncopated 3-4 time, especially if it has a “heavy rock” beat.
The base of the spine chakra, when pure, is white, which is the fourth ray.
Some of the qualities of the fourth ray are purity, perfection, hope and joy.
The main rhythm or beat of the base of the spine chakra is the 4-4 time.
The main instruments of the base of the spine chakra are the drums, tablas or percussion instruments.
The main music which energizes, enhances, or improves the light of the chakra is early American patriotic pieces and rhythms of Indian classical music.
The main pieces of music for this chakra are the Faust “Apotheosis” by Charles Gounod and the Aida “Triumphal March” by Guiseppe Verdi.
The main types of music that diminish or dissipate and discolor the light of this chakra are the voodoo and rock rhythms. The rock rhythm is generally a 3-4 time syncopated beat that may also cause a downward movement of the mother energies or the kundalini energies.
Music that is positive can attune us to the Holy Spirit, and the ascended masters, especially if we play their musical keynotes.

Important Note: Many people believe that the correct colors of the chakras from the base of the spine up, are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet. This set of colors is not what the ascended masters teach. They teach that when the chakras are pure, the correct colors from the base of the spine up, are white, violet, purple and gold, pink, blue, green, and variations of yellow and gold.
