Dance is movement to music. True dance is dancing from the heart, it is the love and joy of the heart. True dance is one of the most enjoyable things we can do. Dance is one of the best exercises we can do. It is healthy and healing. Dance can be for all ages. Everyone can learn to dance with practice, or good lessons, or a teacher. It is just a question of practice. Of course some people have more ability than others, but what really counts is the joy and love of the heart while dancing. I, William Star, love to dance, and it is truly one of my most favorite pastimes. I write this topic out of the love and joy of my heart for dance. The Great Synthesis of Dance is the Great Integration of the teachings on dance. It is a summation or compilation of many teachings on dance. At least, the teachings given here are a good start on "The Great Synthesis of Dance".
